I understand that the product I am purchasing is handcrafted from materials that will likely vary in wood grain and may contain dents, scuffs, knots, and other natural occurring markings.


I understand that GoodTimber will engrave exactly what I have provided on the lines in the text boxes and that nothing is implied regardless of the text on the samples provided. Therefore, if it is not typed into the text box submitted with the order, then it will NOT be engraved.

I have reviewed and approve the spelling and dates in the text boxes (applicable for personalized items). If I have provided inaccurate information, I accept that I am responsible for all charges incurred to make corrections, including shipping. GoodTimber will not replace any products if the engraving matches exactly what information I have entered into the text boxes.


Submissions for any and all changes to this order must be done via email to sales@goodtimberfurnishings.com. No changes are considered approved until a reply is received from GoodTimber.


GoodTimber will not send any status updates once an order is placed. All orders are shipped via UPS and will not require a signature. You will receive an automated email/SMS with tracking information when the order is shipped. This can often end up in the junk folder. GoodTimber is not liable for inclement weather delays related to shipments. Customer is liable for any and all fees that are incurred by UPS due to inaccurate shipping information and rerouting services.
