shipping policy

We ship all our small packaged items via ups. Once an order has been completed and boxed, i create a shipping label which generates an automated email for the recipient sent by ups that includes tracking information. Simple as that! None of our packages are set to require a signature.

Large items i.e. tables are shipped as LTL and sent with a carrier of your choosing based on price and arrival time frames. All large item shipments fluctuate in price based upon receiver zip codes and will be coordinated on a case by case basis. Between us and the customer. Some large items will require a crate to be constructed for transport and will incur a crating fee. If you are ordering from the Houston, Dallas, Austin and surrounding areas please email to see if you would qualify for us to deliver your item vs having it shipped!

We offer you 14 days to remedy the concerns. However, if there is ever a problem with the quality or craftsmanship of your products, we expect you would notify us immediately. We have a complete craftsmanship guarantee and we stand by the quality of our products. As long as you care for the products properly, normal wear and tear expected, these products will last for generations. Should you have a need to return or exchange that is outside of the craftsmanship guarantee, it is up to you, the customer, to pay for all shipping expenses incurred throughout the process.


CARE GUIDE

FOOD SAFE FINISH:

  • do not soak in water

  • wipe clean with damp cloth

  • recondition periodically with butcher block oil.

WAX FINISH:

  • store indoors only

  • clean with damp cloth

  • not food safe.

SPAR-URETHANE FINISH:

  • appropriate for outdoor use in covered locations

  • clean with wet cloth and towel dry

  • Do not allow products to be in pooling water.

  • Normal wear and weathering is to be expected.

Placing orders in store or at an event:

Many of our products are made to order and therefore at times require that you place an order for the items and colors you want. In order to place an order we require payment in full prior to beginning order fulfillment. This includes all personalized orders. All orders can be placed online, in store, or at a trade show event.
